The smart thermostat is located by the kitchen bar/counter. It uses touch-screen operation and is activated with a light tap. You can adjust the temperature by sliding your finger up or down the dotted line that shows up on the right side of the screen. You can also set the max and min temperatures under the heat and cool mode. Our washer and dryer are located in the basement. There is a lock on the door to limit access for young children, if necessary. Laundry detergent can be found in the black cabinet near the washer. Place liquid detergent in the blue dish found in the left top washer drawer, while powdered detergent is placed directly into the drawer compartment labeled detergent. Please ensure the detergent and softener are poured into the rightly labeled compartment. Please leave the detergent drawer and washer door open after every wash. This is to prevent any moisture build-up in the washer. You can also find the appliance manuals in the black cabinet with the laundry detergent.

The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator with ice-maker, an electric stove, microwave and oven, as well as a sink with food disposal and dishwasher. We also provide a coffee maker, toaster oven and pots and pans for your convenience. You can also find cooking and dining utensils, along with bowls, plates, glasses and mugs. You're also welcome to the coffee, tea bags, salt, pepper and other spices available. Basic cleaning supplies are provided, such as multi-purpose cleaning spray, dishwashing soaps, sponges and kitchen towels.

The carport and driveway can comfortably fit two large vehicles. You can also park along the street as needed. Please ensure that neighboring driveways are not blocked.

Easy access to the house through the carport with keypad entry. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a large living room, along with a powder bath. We have four spacious bedrooms, one on the landing and three on the second floor. The master bedroom has a attached bathroom with a full shower. The second shared bathroom comes with a bathtub. Our basement is furnished with games and a television for your entertainment, along with laundry facilities for your convenience.

Our carport entry is keyless and has a keypad for your convenience. For access, please enter the 4 digit entry code provided, followed by the lock button. To lock the door, please simply press the lock button. We would prefer your use of the carport entry.
